RESIDENCY AT 1 DEXTER

DEC 1-2, 2025

MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA

You’re Invited…

This is an intimate, 1.5 day leadership experience bringing together 50 founders, executives, military, policymakers, investors, and creatives — people shaping the most consequential conversations of our time.

The immersive journey invites leaders out of traditional meeting spaces and into an environment that sharpens perspective, deepens connection, and challenges assumptions. Over a day and a half, we’ll explore the future of leadership by looking back, grounding ourselves in one of the most consequential cities in America, a place that has redefined courage, strategy, and progress time and again.

Along the way, participants will engage directly with living legends such as Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient Dr. Fred Gray and Tuskegee Mayor Johnny Ford, walk the steps of the Edmund Pettus Bridge, and spend time within the new memorials and museums shaped by Bryan Stevenson and the Equal Justice Initiative.

You will meet extraordinary leaders from across industries — fellow participants who carry very different stories, yet share a familiar drive to make sense of this moment. Together, you’ll experience conversations and places that remind you how leadership can make us feel both different and deeply the same.

What is the Holt Street Residency?

The Holt Street Residency is a vetted membership-based community, a living network of influential voices redefining the next generation of leadership through high-trust fellowship and community. The Residency gathers extraordinary people in extraordinary places across the American landscape, immersing members in new environments that have tested conviction, shaped culture, and reimagined what it means to lead. It’s part gathering, part reflection, and part catalyst — created for those who believe the future of how we lead can be found through history, humanity and place. Montgomery is just the beginning.

Who is it for?

It’s for leaders who know that leadership wasn’t born in boardrooms or roundtables. For those who believe the future of leadership is found in people, places, and stories — shaped through lived experience, divergent perspectives, and honest dialogue with others on the same path. The Residency is thoughtfully designed for individuals shaping consequential conversations in their fields, the intentionally seeks those who share a curiosity for ideas and a desire to lead with context, courage, and imagination.
